First up: our new showcase.
As presenting your content on your site is important to us, we thought it would be an interesting idea to present your content on our site too. The result is an ever-growing list of the sites we find unique, interesting and relevant.
It’s also our first stab at using our new data-type - pods - in a context that makes sense on the web. Pods make this type of list-management easy and the showcase content naturally fell into the concept of collections: from ‘illustrators & animators’ through ‘stylists & designers’ all the way to ‘communities & initiatives’ - we’ve now got a place to showcase you properly. We’re pretty happy with the result, and if you made it to the showcase we hope your are happy about that too.
For our long over-due support section we deployed pods to quickly collate FAQs and support information into logical groups: for those who are still getting started with Tank, for those who want to know more about managing content in Tank and for those who want understand how skins work. We’ll be adding to our knowledge base on a continuous basis - there is lot more useful information coming your way.
Lastly, a big thank you to the Copenhagen connection for our new logo - the Tank identity is falling into place and it’s going to be interesting to see how it all plays out.
Maybe now you should start selling a tank t-shirt - that would be cool. I like the new look very much
Hi Andrew
I agree, a t-shirt or two would be nice. We are looking at a couple of marketing and advertising ideas for next year, and I'll definitely up this one on the list.
Glad to hear you like the new look.
